- Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will ship on the next business day.
- If your order arrives damaged, broken, or altered in any way, please reach out to us. We are committed to providing a full refund or exchange with reasonable proof.
- For cancellations, please email us before your order leaves our fulfillment center.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. Elixir Beauty cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
- During peak periods, delivery times may be extended. If items arrive significantly later than expected, you may be eligible for a partial refund, unless prior notice of delay and cancellation options are provided.
Return & Refund Policy
At Elixir Beauty, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Buyer’s Remorse
We totally understand when you may have a change of mind after a purchase, and we are willing to accommodate for it!

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund—provided the item is in its
original, unused condition.
Returns due to change of mind are subject to the following conditions:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with all product tags intact and unmarked.
Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a full set.
Returns are not applicable for products marked as non-returnable, customized, or personalized.
This policy applies only to purchases made through our official website. We are unable to process returns for products purchased through third-party retailers or physical outlets.
*Kindly note that Elixir Beauty will not cover the costs of courier charges for returns due to buyer’s remorse.
Damaged Items
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things can go wrong. We’re here to make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We’ll make sure your experience is as smooth as possible.
Please note the following guidelines for damaged items:
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- To process your return or refund, please email us at elixirbeauty.my@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or bundle.
- We may require the damaged item to be shipped back to us for quality assessment. Don’t worry — we’ll cover the return shipping costs for damaged items!
- Refunds for damaged items will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We do our best to pack every order securely, but we can’t be responsible for
damage caused by mishandling after delivery. Claims for items damaged during use, improper storage, or any other misuse cannot be accepted.

Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly email us at elixirbeauty.my@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- The Product(s) you wish to return
- The Reason for return
- Clear photograph(s) of the product(s) and original packaging
- Any other relevant supporting documents (if applicable)
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Please ensure the products are securely packed in their original packaging, with all seals intact, before sending. You are advised to return the parcel via a tracked courier service and retain your proof of postage, as Elixir Beauty is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Shipping Costs
- Buyer’s remorse returns: The return courier fee is borne by the customer.
- Approved returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect item: Return shipping will be fully covered by Elixir Beauty.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
